Masterone 1ml 100mg Ampoule

Masterone is a powerful anaboliclandrogenic steroid derived from DHT that was designed to fight certain forms of breast cancer. It is used by bodybuilders as a bulking and cutting agent, as well as an ancillary drug to combat estrogenic side effects like water-retention. Its toxicity to the liver is very low, although side effects such as acne, hair loss, and prostate enlargement are common. Masterone is an injectable preparation containing the steroid drostanolone propionate. Drostanolone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, most specifically 2 alpha-methyl dihydrotestosterone. As a result, the structure of this steroid is that of a moderate anabolic/potent androgen which does not aromatize to estrogen. Water retention and gynecomastia therefore do not come into play with this drug. Masterone may in fact exhibit anti-estrogenic activity in the body, competing with other substrates for binding to aromatase. This would reduce the conversion rate of other steroids, Masterone acting in the same way as the oral steroid Proviron. Administration: The standard Masterone dose for adult men will normally fall in the 300-400mg per week range. Normally, this will mean an oral dosage of 100mg every day for a total of 6-8 weeks. This does not mean 6-8 weeks represents the total cycle, but this is a common time frame for the Masteron portion of a stack. Some may alternatively choose to split their dose up into a daily oral schedule but every other day should suffice. Dosage: The average dosage is 30mg every other day, it is best to take it every 2-3days because it has a short duration of effect. Contraindications: Testosterone Suspension is contraindicated in men with carcinomas of the breast or with known or suspected carcinomas of the prostate and in women who are or may become pregnant. Precautions: Peliosis hepatis can be a fatal complication, Testosterone Suspension should be discontinued, if cholestatic hepatitis with jaundice appears. Geriatric patients may be at risk for the development of prostatic hypertrophy and prostatic carcinoma. Caution is required in patients with pre existing cardiac, renal or hepatic disease, due to sodium and water retention properties of androgens Drug interactions: When administered concurrently, the following drugs may interact with androgens: Oral anticoagulants, Antidiabetic drugs and insulin, ACTH & corticosteroids, oxyphenbutazone. Storage: Testosterone Suspension should be stored at room temperature. 1 ml 50 mg x 5 Ampoules
